Protective sleeves
Protect your arms and forearms with high performance PPE
Whether it is DIY or heavy work, our arms and forearms are exposed to multiple mechanical risks as well as other risks such as cuts, scratches, burns, metal or chemical splashes. It is therefore essential to have effective PPE to protect our arms. Our LEBON protective sleeves are specific and can be adapted to the needs of electrical work, handling or even pruning.
Lebon protective sleeves all meet the EN 388 standard and offer different levels of protection and resistance against abrasion, blade cutting, tearing and puncture (these levels are specified by a marking with a pictogram).
Our cuffs have a common objective: to provide optimum protection of the arms of our user from the risk of injury and to guaranty unparalleled comfort for our user, while ensuring safety.
Our range of protective sleeves
A wide range of protective sleeves has been developed by Lebon in order to respond effectively to the risks to which the arms and forearms may be exposed.
Cut-resistant protective sleeves
Our cut-resistant protective sleeves are made of different cut resistant yarns depending on their level of protection. The elastane integrated in their design allows a perfect fit of the cuff on an arm, providing a second skin effect. The thumb slot enhances the user’s dexterity in any job. The user is therefore efficiently protected against abrasions, punctures, tears and blade cuts. These cut-resistant protective sleeves are a valuable ally for many workers such as lumberjacks.
Heat-resistant protective sleeves
Being heat resistant, our heat-resistant protective sleeves meet the EN407 standard.
Made of heat or flame resistant materials, they provide comfort and support. They are an ideal armor against sparks. As they are ambidextrous, these heat protection sleeves are easy to put on. Used in welding or in the food industry, our heat-resistant protective sleeve has proven its efficiency and resistance.
Welding protective sleeves
Specific protective sleeves against welding-related risks have been developed with different materials such as cotton and natural cow split leather.
Our welding protective sleeves are fireproof and are reinforced at the wrist, making them an essential piece of personal protective equipment for welders.
Using gloves in addition to protective sleeves
In order to improve the safety of operators, appropriate work gloves should be worn in addition to protective sleeves.
