This unique process is completed by 2 principles: our ”SKIN CARE” guarantee and our ”0 waste” policy.
Firstly, we evacuate almost all of the residual DMF solvents ( way under the limit set by the operators’ health institutions); then we extract the remaining DMF from the rinsing water in order to reuse it when manufacturing new gloves.
This system allows us to produce in a closed circuit, drastically limiting the waste of resources.
Corporate environmental responsibility is first and foremost at the heart of our concern, which is why LEBON developed CleanPu® Technology. The CleanPu® Technology, used in our production units in India, is an innovative and responsible manufacturing process certified by the ISO 14001:2004 standard.
